ReplyDeleteI had no idea grapes would have any benefit of note regarding eye health. With this benefit and added that it's highly water soluable, maybe grapes are the real champion fruits?
The grapes is my favorite fruit. Here is saying the grape is good for our eye health. However, why I still got the poor eye sight. Terrible!!!
